Fellowship Spotlight: Caroline Solomon

Caroline Solomon is a second-year Russian and environmental economics and management major with a minor in environmental design. She is involved with a variety of organizations on campus, including the Roosevelt Institute, Model United Nations, Catholic Center at UGA and the French Language Community. After graduation, Caroline is interested in pursuing a career as a Foreign Service Officer or other avenues that would allow her to help the environment and people while utilizing her Russian language knowledge. She was drawn to the Russian language after living in Narva, Estonia for six weeks through the National Security Language Initiative for Youth. As a legislative fellow, she is excited to gain real-world campaign and policy work experience.  In her free time, Caroline loves to draw and sew.
